About Tryptomer: Tryptomer (Amitriptyline) is used to treat mood/mental problems like depression. This medication belongs to tricyclic antidepressants, class of medicines. It even helps in enhancing feelings of well-being and mood, anxiety, relieve as well as tension. It helps you to sleep better and boost your energy levels. It works by affecting the balance of some natural chemicals like serotonin in your brain. It is the best for treating severe migraine pains. This medicine is made from three ring chemicals thus it is also called tryptomer.
Dosage for adults range from 10mg to 150 mg. It is always suggested to start with a small dosage, and the dose may be increased if needed. Few Side effects as drowsiness and dry mouth might make it tough to increase its dosage. Taking medication at bedtime is recommended so that patient can have a better sleep at night.
