Duphaston Dosage
Normally Dydrogesterone twice daily orally was administered for 21 days (day 5-25 of each menstrual cycle) for 4 cycles. Duphaston produce an optimum secretory transformation of an endometrium that has been adequately primed with either endogenous or exogenous estrogen.
