Seroflo (Salmeterol/Fluticasone) is medicine made from a combination of 50mcg of Slameterol and 250mcg of Fluticasone. This medicine is used for treating patients with asthma and other obstructive airway diseases. The 2 ingredients are effective in relaxation of muscles around the airways and reduction of inflammation.
Salmeterol is a smooth muscle relaxer ingredient for muscles around airways, this makes it easy for air to flow in and out of the lungs. Fluticasone on the other hand is used in reducing inflammation. It is a type of corticosteriods or simply referred as steroids which are anti-inflammatory medicines. Combining the two ingredients makes this medicine a powerful solution to reducing asthma attacks.
